Sound Designing
Project Objective:
The object was to enumerate the qualities of an effective audio production including skills and abilities relating to the operation of broadcast and product equipment.

Task 1: Radio Jingle Production
The Task was to create a short radio jingle (30 secs and 15 secs) with the purpose of promoting a product. The jingle is required to contain, Voice Over, Sound Effects and Background Music. The objective of this task was to be trained in the ability to record and produce vocal in a typical studio environment, perform basic audio editing and mixing in Pro Tools, ability to create a non-visual sound design using sound effects and understanding the technical requirements of a basic audio project.
Task 2: Sound Design Production
The task would be to do a sound design and create a completely new soundtrack for the video clip, replacing the original one by sourcing sound effects, recording dialogs, selecting music and putting them all together.

The objective of the task would be to be trained in creating a sound design soundtrack visually synchronising with a video clip, understanding sound design for video workflow, using sound effects and forays to recreate suitable sounds for video scenes and demonstrating an understanding of all the audio concepts and technique from the course.
